The venue was fancy, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was handy right by Gatwick airport. Non-smoking units with bath. Excellent service, even though a few employees were poor.
Dirty bathroom, and the breakfast was very very poor.

The place was wonderful old and flawless and the staff were pleasant, the location was unbeatable near to the airport. I liked the king room, that was compact. Breakfast had lots of good food and drinks. Had exceptional service.

Spotless and faultless place, marvellous staff. The full English breakfast was a bonus. The room was large and normal double, with comfy furniture. Friendly service everywhere too. Plus their wifi was premium.

Staff were kind and we also loved our stay. Tasty breakfast, outstanding service. Enjoyed watching cathedral from the window.
Didn't like the area, it was very disappointing.

We would book again next year. We really enjoyed staff and location, it had everything that we wanted for our weekend. Private bathroom with all essentials. Good restaurant on site.
